This is the Terrascope reference 60500-11-201-11A, a dress / sport hybrid with a design reminiscent of Gerald Genta and the Patek Philippe Nautilus.The Terrascope, available with silver, black or blue dials, is large even for a sport watch at 44mm by 12.7mm and 50.0mm lug to lug. On the bracelet, it weighs in at 220g. With a wide bezel and beautiful finishing, this is a watch to command attention
Bill Paxton Wears IWC Aquatimer Chrono-Automatic Watch In Big Love Season 3
It took me the better part of season three so far to spot this watch. I knew that earlier seasons of Big Love (on HBO) had Bill Paxton (playing as character Bill Henrickson) wearing an Omega Speedmaster. This was likely out of his own collection. Season three sees him wearing something similar looking on camera (both steel with black and white faces), but a different watch. I eventually decided that it was an IWC Aquatimer Chrono-Automatic.
