Maurice Lacroix Pontos S Diver Watch: Wonderfully Modern
After meeting with Maurice Lacroix at Baselworld 2013, I walked away very impressed with the new Pontos S Diver. I was excited to see their new three-hand dive watch as I knew it was going to be introduced at the show. You see, I am among the many people in the world who absolutely loves dive watches but haven't quite mustered the time to... you know... actually dive. It is on the list though. So why is it that I am so infatuated with timepieces designed to go underwater? I am not sure exactly, but I do know that dive watches (the good ones at least) seem to strike a great balance betw
JS Watch Frisland 1941 Aviator
Icelandic watchmaker JS Watch has just announced a beautiful new aviator called the Frisland 1941. Part of the Frisland collection, the 1941 is a classic looking Pilot watch with a little bit of JS Watch flair to it. Apparently the area did serve as an airstrip before the formal airport was built, but that is enough history to justify the producti

Pretty wild right? This is the new version of the La Clef du Temps watch. From "La Clef" to "La Cl§Ú§Ø," funny enough they both mean "the key of time." The original La Clef du Temps was never originally meant to be an Hublot watch. It was designed for the Confrerie Horlogere under BNB Concept before it went bankrupt. When Hublot bought up the Confrerie and Mathias Buttet, it got the La Clef du Temps with it. I wasn't really too enthused on that watch - writing about the La Clef du Temps here. I later learned that Mathias designed it with the Predator in mind, and the dial was meant to loo
LUM-TEC B15 Watch Winner Photos
Please see the reader review of the LUM-TEC B15 watch that Beau was fortunate enough to win last month. Being a talented photographer, Beau provided each of these beautiful images of the actual watch:"What can one say about the Lum-Tec Combat B15 that is not being said by those that are fortunate enough to own one? Possibly, that there are a couple unexpected perks that are not apparent from just the pictures seen on the web.The first thing that is very obvious, is the visual depth of carbon fiber that comprises the face. As someone who has a great love for carbo
