News from the big guys in Switzerland says that they intend for all Patek Philippe watches in the future to have Silinvar (their type of silicon) parts. Breguet here offers a music box style watch with a disc and pins, versus the only cylinder approach. What is neat about the Reveil Musical Watch is that you can have the music box play as an alarm.
