The Swatch Group and Harry Winston announced today, January 14th, 2013, that Swiss Swatch Group has acquired the entirety of the Harry Winston jewelry and timepiece division. That is all of Harry Winston except its diamond mining division which was not acquired by Swatch Group (nor sold as far as we know). This new watch from Edox ain't half bad, however, it just might irritate Audemars Piguet with the Chrono-offshore name. I know it is supposed to be Chronoffshore but I want it to have an extra "o" so badly. Edox has been playing with their chronograph sport pieces for a while - some really hit and some really miss. Have you been to the Gstaad Palace? No? Well, then I am sorry to say that you probably don't know about GreenGo - the popular club that is now celebrating its 40th anniversary.
