Paul Picot had yet another feather in its cap
They have the ability to withstand rough weather conditions and Paul Picot had yet another feather in its cap when it had launched the waterproof watch. That was when Paul Picot had created history for itself in watch making. This did not stop Paul Picot from launching a range of sports watches for their esteemed customers.
Mondaine SBB Vintage Limited Edition Watch
Mondaine is a brand that I quite like from a design and price standpoint, but unfortunately, the last several years have seen very little new from the typically strong brand. A few years ago they started to test with sport models, and had even started to include tritium gas tubes into the hands of a lot of their watches. You can see an aBlogtoWatch review of a Mondaine Sport Chronograph here, and a review of a more subtle Mondaine sport model here. These are both low-priced, but high-value timepieces with a look that is all about the traditional Swiss SBB Railways clock. If you recall
F.P. Journe Octa Sport Watch
F.P. Journe is really pushing aluminum as its sport watch material of course. I've written in the past about not understanding why they would choose aluminum, which is a soft and easily dented metal for a super high-end luxury watch. It is very light, and I guess they like the quirk. Titanium has really usurped most aluminum use, but I think aluminum is still technically a bit lighter (just not stronger). The watch is just 53 grams in weight. According to F.P. Journe they used "high technology aluminum" (which is apparently the same used in Aeronautics). So like fragile race cars F.P.
Techne Sparrow Hawk Watch Review
Aside from this timepiece, a Sparrowhawk (also Sparrow Hawk) is two things (well probably more actually). What I am thinking of is the actual bird family, and the plane (which appropriately borrowed the name from the bird). As the name implies, the Sparrowhawk tends to be a smaller fellow. Though full of gumption, and still a predator being a hawk. One of the most interesting predatory birds out there, the Sparrowhawk is the powerful and agile underdog of the sharp clawed and taloned avian world. The plane is a curious item from the 1930s I believe. A biplane fighter - it was supposed
TX 800 Linear Chronograph Watch Review On Amazon
"The specific model outlined in this review is the T3C313 in a 47mm PVD titanium case with the white dial and the rubber strap. The 800 series is a definite step forward over the TX 730 whose feature list was so long that it couldn't readily show all the information on the dial. The case on the TX 800 is solid titanium, with both polished and matte finish on the lugs and side and a unidirectional matte bezel that is pleasantly stealth. The sapphire crystal is flat, flush with the bezel, and doesn't appear to have any scratch-able AR coatings."Click here to read the full review on Watc
