characteristic of rotating bezel
His case industrial-cool 55.65 forged mm satin, brushed Titanium is resistant to 30 bars. A true diver watch, research and testing by Blancpain show that the elastic properties and resistance to permanent deformation of amorphous metal are ideal material for the depth of gauge membrane; the stability of this alloy also prevents the structural formation of microcracks.
C3H5N3O9 Experiment ZR012 Watch In Black Zirconium
Last year Max Busser of MB&F was telling me about the C3H5N3O9 mini watch brand before it was debuted later in June of 2012. He didn't mention it by name, but did say that it was going to be a collaborative project between his team at MB&F and their colleagues at Geneva-based watch brand Urwerk. Together they were going to experiment on a watch designed by them both, under a new brand name, that was going to be marketed purely by word of mouth. That means no advertising whatsoever, and no media outreach (aside to select places such as aBlogtoWatch). The irony to me is that give
Zenith El Primero Stratos Flyback Watch
The first Zenith watch that had my heart was the Rainbow Flyback. Yes, it had a "pretty" name, but this killer chrono was made specially for the French Ministry of Defense, and was an amazing watch from the 1990s. By the way, what is it exactly about French military forces that makes them constantly new watches? Those guys are basically one big group of watch lovers.I've always wanted to see the return of the Rainbow. Zenith played with El Primero chronographs over the years that got close, but nothing really was a true follow-up. With the Stratos we now have an official Rainbow heir.
Gustafsson & Sjogren Lapland Sky Watch Review
There are few designs less polarizing in the "I would wear this department" than a watch like the Lapland Sky" from Sweden-based Gustaffson & Sjogren (hereinafter known as "GoS"). I feel confident that I have the guts to pull it off, do you?GoS is comprised of a pair of 'metal turnin' fellows that actually play heavy metal music. I mean, really what else is there to do in Sweden? I sort of mused on that as a joke when I first
Roger Smith Watches
At the end of July, I had the special pleasure of spending a couple hours with Roger Smith as he swooped into Los Angeles to deliver the commissioned and bespoke Big Date Tourbillon that had been four years in the making.I have a special interest in independent watchmakers and Roger Smith, who hails from England and still lives there¡§Cthe Isle of Man, to be specific¡§Chappens to be one of whom I'm particularly fond. Most watchmakers do their schooling and then go to work for the brands to cut their teeth. Smith has never worked for a brand. He had a very personal watch education from the
