Recently, the Gerald Genta designed classic Patek Philippe Nautilus watch underwent a modern re-sizing. Up to about 43mm wide, the new size of the classic looking diving reinvigorates the watch's character. I was very interested in this watch because it was more than just another nice mechanical movement that showed the time in a funny way. This new world time watch (Multi Time Zone) in the Cartier Calibre collection has some neat features. My favorite is the city selector disc placed on the side of the case.
