My choice for the star of Vacheron Constantin of the show would be this traditional skeleton heritage Watch (version 38 mm wide white gold 18 k). It begins with a 1120 SQ vintage 1967 automatic movement. The movement is remarkably thin at 2.45 mm, even if it is automatic. What is unnecessary has been stripped of the movement, and the rest has been beautifully decorated and skeleton as you can see.

The new timepiece collection with its skeletonized dial and movement is unique but thematically related to the brand's other "moon-themed" timepieces that began with the Moon Dust DNA collection (hands-on here). New Patek Philippe watches for 2010 didn't exactly make me jump for joy, but I did like the two new additions to the Nautilus collection. No new movements, but new implementations in the Nautilus cases. Here is the Nautilus Chronograph (ref. 5980 in steel and 5980R in gold), and I also liked the Nautilus Annual Calendar Ref. 5726 that I wrote about here. Omega Olympic Timeless Collection Watches
This collection is really a great idea from Omega. It was only a matter of time before their Olympic connection went more mainstream. Typically the Olympics theme is only used with limited edition watches that are great, but high in cost and hard to find. Now Omega has decided that the Olympics connection is more mainstream marketable (still not cheap though) - something which which I agree.
