The new Graham watch is instantly identifiable by virtue of its dial
The new Graham watch is instantly identifiable by virtue of its dial, done in a unique extremely hard meteorite stone from Arizona. The functions of the watch are clear on the exclusive display: it shows hours, minutes and seconds. They are joined by the date indication, arranged at 3 o'clock. Inspired by the magnificent Moon, the dial also features the patented moon phase complication as well as the perpetual moon cycle, which represents an independent gear system.
How To Mix And Match Colors With Your Watch, Like A Man
There is a kind of watch owner out there commonly referred to as the ??One watch guy?¡¥. Whether due to sentimental attachment, thrift or a single-minded love of a specific reference, they strap on the same timepiece day after day regardless of the rest of their attire or the social situations the day will bring.I have deep admiration for the ??One Watch Guy?¡¥ to doggedly ignore or remain oblivious to the ocean of horological possibilities is darn difficult - though it does simplify the morning routine - but I will never be him, I love watches too much, my tastes are too wide, the acquisit
Phosphor Touch Time Watch On Kickstarter + Interview
If you are in need of any additional proof that Kickstarter is a great place to fund the development of a new watch, look no further than the Touch Time project from California based Phosphor Watches. Phosphor is well-known for their innovative digital watches which often feature E Ink (e-Ink) displays and have a sense of eye-catching charm. On August 6th, 2012 Donald Brewer and the team at Phosphor launched a Kickstarter project for their newest design, dubbed "Touch Time". Within 24 hours they had reached their $50,000 goal and, as of the time of posting, they have over 1000 backers
Black Belt Spirit Watch Review
"Wow, this packaging is really neat!" Is what I thought to myself opening up the Black Belt Spirit watch from... Black Belt watches - the brain-child of Yvan Arpa. The thick little box was filled with protective cloth that looks to be cut-up and re-purposed karate gi (karate outfit). There was a nice branded USB drive with the instructions and warranty info, and of course "the agreement." Overall the presentation was much better than you'd find in most sub $300 watches. What is "the agreement?" I will get to that in a second. If you recall, the original Black Belt Watch was (is) made
N.O.A Watches At Baselworld 2010
An underdog watch brand that I really like is N.O.A. Funny how Americans says the letters out (as it is actually an acronym) for "none of the above," but in Europe they seem to say it like it is a word. I met with N.O.A ("NOA") in Baselworld to check out their pieces and was really impressed. The presence the watches have is really interesting, and they are very comfortable to wear. Some of them are going to be an acquired taste, but few can say that they aren't pretty pieces. I have been especially interested in some of their more sporty pieces such as the Scyllis diver, and th
