Tarantula 103 T Urwerk watch comes with great design
Last year, it was the Tarantula 103 T Urwerk became excited people. Part of the name "Tarantula" is somewhat based on the wave Visual idea than the style of the satellite time arms on the watch as legs - legs Arachnids look, but turned more to be a good idea to marketing.
Buben & Zorweg Magnum Luxury Watch Safe
Since its establishment in 1995, Buben & Zorweg has transformed from a small firm producing packaging for high-end timepieces and jewelry into a manufacturer of watch winders, fine mechanical watches and - since 2008 - luxury safes as well. This time we are looking at the brand's latest safe called the Magnum, designed to be a solution for (nearly) all problems of the concerned watch collector.Safes play a subservient role most of the time. They are heavy, cold, uniform and (mostly) uninteresting objects which only serve to protect the rare, the unique, the brittle and the pricele
Cuervo y Sobrinos Robusto Manjuari 1882 Dual Time Diver Watch
In honor of Monty Python's Meaning of Life, let's play "find the fish." Can't find it in the watch? That is odd. Cuervo y Sobrinos named this new watch after the Manjuari - an ancient fish which goes by a lot of names and is better known as the Cuban Gar or Alligator Gar around these parts. If CyS would have called it the "Gar" (Gaaarrr!!) it would have sounded too much like a pirate watch. Wait a minute, isn't this the brand that already has pirate themed watches? Ahem, click here. Manjuari has a much more Indian than Cuban sound to it right?Anyhow, despite the excessively odd name (
Romain Jerome Titanic DNA T-OXY III Watch Review
It takes a lot for a timepiece to be truly controversial. I am not just talking about people arguing whether a design is pretty or not. I mean a real discussion on whether the concept and construction of the watch is in good taste. Few people have been able to pull this off, and in the watch industry one man has been able to do it a few times - Yvan Arpa. For me, this watch sums him up, as well as the legacy he left behind during his time at Swiss watch brand Romain Jerome.During the height of the most modern economic boom, Romain Jerome was little more than a quirky brand that sold g
Concord C1 Radar Watch
I finally figured out who this watch is good for! The Scarecrow. On good days it can be the Wizard of Oz scarecrow, on bad days, the one from Batman. Why that character? Well the "technofabric" strap of the watch just seems to match the burlap sack... mask that the scarecrow wears. Why is this lately iteration of the Concord C1 called the Radar? Your guess it as good as mine, but this is one of Concord's most noble attempts at making the C1 design work.See my full article on the Concord C1 Radar watch here at Haute Living.Best MatchItems Ending FirstNewly-L
