Appearance of Breguet Marine Royale Alarm Watch
A window to the top centre of the dial indicates you whether or not the alarm is activated. Other complications are a power reserve indicator, the date and time, of course. The large pusher at the 08 is used to turn the alarm on and off. With lots of decoration Guilloche throughout the shows, the 45 mm wide 18 k rose gold case applied rubber to more easily manipulate the pushers. A special claw between the Crowns may be used to secure the diving bezel rotation if necessary as to not move not accidentally it. All these features handy, to share the Breguet REF. 5847BR/32/5ZU is a very capable diver 300 metres from the resistance to the water.
Omega Seamaster 300M Co-Axial Chronograph ETNZ Limited Edition Watch
Here in San Francisco,?Omega watches has just announced a new limited edition watch to celebrate their continued relationship with the Emirates Team New Zealand (ETNZ) for the 2013 edition of the America's Cup boat race. We are here on-scene at the ETNZ local HQ days before the preliminary Louis Vuitton Cup races that will lead up to the America's Cup in September 2013. Oracle leader Larry Ellison has been the biggest US proponent of the race and has made it so expensive only three teams will compete this ti
Omega Spacemaster Z-33 Watch Review
The Omega Speedmaster Spacemaster Z-33 watch is the thematic follow-up to the famed Omega X-33 pilot watch that we recently discussed again as it was?worn (and loved) by Astronaut Chris Hadfield (now apparently retired). The X-33 was originally released in 1998, mostly intended toward the professional and active enthusiast market as a sort of Omega answer to the Breitling Aerospace. What makes all these watches unique in the high-end space is that they are not mechanical, but rather quartz-based. Though, as I will explain, that is nothing to dissuade you from wanting one.Yeas ago, Ome
Montblanc Nicolas Rieussec Chronograph Open Hometime Watch
Several years ago in 2008 Montblanc released an interesting new watch called the Nicolas Rieussec Chronograph. Nicolas Rieussec is accredited with being the guy who invented the chronograph, and the unique design of the timepiece's chronograph display is meant to honor that original device. I did a aBlogtoWatch?review of a Nicolas Rieussec Chronograph Automatic watch here. Another important aspect of the Nicolas Rieussec is that it has what I think is the first in-house made Montblanc movement in Le Locle. It started with the caliber R100 in the original Nicolas Rieussec model.2012 sa
Chopard Mille Miglia GTXL Rosso Corsa Limited Edition Watch Review
The Chopard Mille Miglia watch is an icon. There have been dozens of them and in a sense, these are like the first Hublot Big Bang watches. What do I mean? Hublot popularized the Big Bang collection by starting with a cool sporty chronograph and offering a range of different versions that all fell under the same product family umbrella. Chopard did the same thing, but started before Hublot got into the Big Bang game back in around 2004. To date, the number of Mille Miglia watches is countless, and here is one of the limited edition models for 2011.This is the Mille Miglia Rosso Corsa
