Christophe Claret X-TREM-1 Pinball Piece Unique For Only Watch 2013
At Baselworld 2013,?Christophe Claret shared with me images of a new version of the X-Trem-1 called the Pinball. The first of which will be a piece unique to be sold at the Only Watch 2013 charity watch auction event. After the auction, there may be some other color variations of the X-Trem-1 Pinball that will be offered to select Christophe Claret clients but that hans't yet been confirmed. Why "Pinball?" Well if you've noticed, Christophe himself loves gaming. There was the Blackjack 21 watch?that later evolved into the Baccarat watch, with more to come in the future. The Pinball fal
Rotary Jura Watch Review - Affordable Skeleton
With the Jura, Rotary has created a line of skeleton watches which are classically styled and handsome, yet don't overreach. IWC Spitfire Chronograph & Perpetual Calendar Watches For 2012
One of the most talked about watches from IWC for 2012 is the long-named Spitfire Perpetual Calendar Digital Date-Month watch. Trust me, it is easy to mess that name up when trying to remember it. This sexy looking 18k red gold watch is an expensive and luxurious pilot watch from the brand that many wanted to be offered in steel and thus more affordable. Maybe next year... but this is still one nice looking Big Pilot style timepiece. As I mentioned before here when debuting all of IWC
IWC Wins Reader Voted Best Luxury Watch Brand On Luxist
I recently nominated a few key luxury watch brands for a reader poll on Luxist. The poll was to determine what brand people considered to be the top luxury brand. Not exactly a scientific study, but it is interested to see what people who read the world's top luxury blog had to say on the topic. It wasn't too difficult to consider the nominees. It wasn't a matter of who necessary made the best looking or most mechanically perfect watches, but rather about perception. As such, I made the obvious choices. The five nominees where Rolex, Patek Philippe, A. Lange & Sohne, Jaeger-LeC
