IWC signs on NBA Superstar Tony Parker
The international society of the Watch (CBI) signed NBA Superstar Tony Parker as their new brand Ambassador. Parker, who has recently married beautiful actress Eva Longoria earlier this month, is now not only a winner of 3 time champion NBA, but the Ambassador of one of the most sought-after brands men Swiss watches. Parker left his native France to join the San Antonio Spurs in 2001 and was named MVP of the tournament so that participate in several NBA All-Star Games.

I got to play with one of these magical little items for a while. One that is close to entry level model from the brand, though still pricey, and still Paul Picot. This is the newer Paul Picot Santos watches. Part of the brand's desire to keep their product name relevant in anticipation of some years where typically high spending in their boutiques will likely wane a bit.
Jaeger-LeCoultre Grande Reverso Ultra-Thin Watch
Jaeger-LeCoultre's answer to the thin watch in 2011 was with their Reverso. Many of the Richemont brands were releasing their own slim watches, and I think the Grande Reverso Ultra-Thin is one of the sleeker models. As of now it will come in at least four versions. Some unlimited models including one with a more typical Reverso face guilloche engraved silvered dial with Arabic numerals, and a tribute dial that hearkens back to some of the original Reverso models. Panerai's new P9000 automatic movement line was the star for the watchmaker at SIHH this year. The entry level in-house made movement is meant to be a friendly rugged machine with function and reliability in mind.
