Glash¡§1tte Original Senator Chronometer Regulator Watch
Sponsored PostGlashutte Original Senator Chronometer Regulator watch in 18k rose goldThe Glash¡§1tte Original Senator Chronometer entered the collection in 2009 and quickly became one of Glash¡§1tte Original??s most recognizable timepieces. It is differentiated from the other watches in the collection as it adheres to the German Chronometer standard. While the accuracy standard of the German Calibrating Service, DKD, is similar to the more prevalent Swiss C.O.S.C. test, the German Chronometer standard requires the watch be tested after it?¡¥s fully assembled. Vacheron Constantin Overseas Chronograph Perpetual Calendar Boutique New York Watch
This is how Vacheron Constantin does America. Interestingly enough the prestigious Swiss watch brand has America to thank to a large degree for its success today. About 100 years ago the brand was doing very well here in the US and if you visit Vacheron Constantin's website there is a history section that discusses this. Recently VC opened up its first US boutique store in New York City.Where? Just look on the back of the watch and you'll find engraved "Madison and 64 th." It should be spelled "64th," but hey, these are watch makers not map makers. Though I would personally would have
Jaquet Droz Quantieme Perpetuel Calendar Watch Available On James List
Discussing Jaquet Droz watches in the US is almost futile. It isn't that you can't find this small Swatch Group brand in the US, but rather that it is extremely rare. I saw my first one in Europe personally. I've always liked this brand but haven't known what to make of it. A lot of their designs are good, but currently they lack direction and leadership as far as I can tell. The last time the brand was really on my radar in any serious way was when Manuel Emch (current CEO of Romain Jerome) was the head honcho over there. This Jaquet Droz watch from a few years ago is a great e
Genesis: German Men's Watches By A Woman
Genesis is not just a neat-sounding word that someone thought would make for a good watch brand name. It is rather the name of the brand's founder and designer - Christine Genesis. How convenient is that? To have a cool last name like that? Christine is a rare breed being a full-on watch maker and a female. I wouldn't make a big deal of that fact if it was more common. I, for one, applaud the idea of having more female headliners in the watch industry. Christine's brand begins with some attractive watches that combine a little of classic traditionalism, Bauhaus, and modern minimalism.
Kazimon Drei Chronograph Titanium Watch
X marks the sport, or third time's a charm - either is a good way of discussing the new Kazimon Drei watch. A unique and highly functional chronograph that has so much to like, with out so much of a price. "Drei" in German means "three." This is not Kazimon's third watch, but the idea refers to the three subdials present on the dial. The standard for all 12 hour chronograph watches. I like that the watch is an interesting mix between retro and modern style cues. Let's look at the retro cues first.Look at the sapphire crystal, and you'll see that it is meant to emulate the raised and r
