Parmigiani Bugatti Aerolithe Flyback Chronograph Watch
Prior to SIHH 2014 I previewed the Parmigiani Bugatti Aerolithe Flyback Chronograph watch. In discussing Parmigiani's latest Bugatti partnership timepiece I was overall impressed with the design and features that were remarkably sober and blended a nice masculine design with a successful combination of both Parmigiani and Bugatti brand DNA. Now that I've had some hands-on time with the piece I have to say that this is one of my all-time favorite Parmigiani timepiecespare the Parmigiani Bugatti Aerolithe Chronograph with the previous and much more high-end Parmigiani Bugatti Super
Thierry Nataf Interview: New CEO Of Slyde Watches
He has been described as controversial, he has been described as extreme. One thing Thierry Nataf is not, however, is boring. That was the impression I got when I made my way from the heart of Geneva to a place in the mountains some 40 minutes away to the SLYDE offices in the Swiss countryside.High up on a mountain with views of farmland all the way down the valley, I sat down with Thierry to discuss his new role as CEO of SLYDE and his vision for the company of high-end luxury digital watches that right now seem to be without a perfect categorical description. By the way, please see

You don't see mammoth ivory used a lot. It is rare and hard to get being available only from well-preserved mammoths. All the ivory here for example was sourced from a find in Siberia, where the permafrost can preserve entire mammoth bodies in relatively good condition. Lang & Heyne acquired some ivory th
Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Compressor Diving Automatic Navy SEALs Watch
I was really excited about this watch when I got to play with it at SIHH 2010. Jaeger-LeCoultre has been working with the US Navy SEALs for a while making watches to suit their needs. Last year I wrote about my favorite version which was the Master Compressor Diving Automatic Navy SEALs Alarm watch. Now the brand has finally released the most "mainstream" version of the collection. It is a more basic three-hand version of the watch and is very pure in form. It really is a watch born out of an interesting partnership with people whose professional lives demand easy to use and durable ti
