Panerai Debuts New Ferrari Watches
Italian luxury Panerai watch is starting four new models in its marked Ferrari collection at the British International Motor Show (BIMS) London this week. Panerai began producing the collection for Ferrari in 2006.
The range is exposed to the public for the first time at the show, which began Wednesday and runs through August 3.The four new models are: the Ferrari 10 days GMT, about $ 18,000, the Scuderia collection; Ferrari 8 days classic Chrono Monopulsante GMT, approximately $ 21,000, Granturismo collection; the 1/8th Ferrari second, approximately $21,000, a Special Edition; and the Ferrari Chronograph, approximately $57 000, a Special Edition. The entire collection now includes 19 templates.

While the piece is interesting, I am really inspired by the design through photos. Maybe I need to see in person. The legs of the joint are interesting, and I love the Gold Crown and screw - to match the elements of gold on the dial. Skeletonization of a movement and dial in an angular watch often seems good.

Last year Breitling came out with an entirely new Superocean watch. It featured a modern looking design in a smaller 42mm case. While a lot of people wanted a smaller Breitling diver, even more didn't. So, just one year later, the Superocean II has been refreshed and enlarged.
