Best Of: Audemars Piguet Watch Museum
It is ironic (and sad), that literally a week or two after I visited the Audemars Piguet Watch Museum in Le Brassus, it was burglarized! Yup, flat out heist. The thieves scaled the sides of the building with a ladder, broke into a window and ran off across the border into France with some watches. I am not sure what they were able to run off with. The museum is designed such that the exhibits are each in highly secured "vault" style rooms. Meaning that if you break into one room, chances are that you aren't gonna get into other rooms. I wonder what they were able to get. Some of those
Seiko Premier Direct Dive Moon Phase Article On AskMen
Seiko has an incredibly diverse line of watches. Sometimes so diverse that unless you are very familiar with their models it is hard to know not only what new watches are coming out, but how they are measure up in terms of quality. Seiko even has movements from your ultra basic quartz, to complex mechanical movement - and literally everything in between. That is different with the Terranaut collection. Actually it is funny cause it is a decidedly "land" based watch for a maker of "nautical instruments." I will forgive them for that. The Terranaut is segmented into three version, the I, II, and III. I and II are my top picks with III being OK, but not as nice. Each of the watches c
Review of the Casio Pathfinder PAW1500T-7V On Amazon
The face of a watch, like a person, often tells you quite a bit about what they are. Sometimes they're subtle and restrained, and sometimes their place in the world is writ large for all to see. The Casio Pathfinder, model number PAW1500T-7V is one of those "this is who I am, got a problem with that?" sorts of watches. After wearing it for a few weeks, I think of it as the go-to watch for the outdoors, especially if things are going to be tough: river rafting, long hiking trips, extreme sports and the like. It's probably the most capable and versatile watch I've yet seen. [Click For Rest Of A
