Audemars Piguet are all inlaid nicely with carbon fiber
In the middle, the pattern changes to look like a race track curve, a bit like a flag, or perhaps the Microsoft Windows logo (surely the latter). The 44-45mm wide case came in titanium or steel and was made in the 'carbon fiber' era (as I call it). In terms of case size, I am not totally sure, but I think the gold model was a bit larger than the titanium model. The bezel on the top and sides are all inlaid nicely with carbon fiber. And much like the brands, us watch enthusiasts are often left with asking ourselves: just how could the latest and greatest be topped??A possible answer comes from

Not what you expect to see these days, but there is still a market for pocket watches, and you might be one of those people who want one. Pocket watches have a sort of romance to them. Something from another era, when telling the time was a classy occasion. Back when not everyone could afford a watch - and having one meant you meant something.Pocket watches today are admittedly rare, especially new ones. But here is an interesting one that is probably a good fit fo
