Omega takes the look of classic Omega timepieces
Omega takes the look of classic Omega timepieces and combines with the modern of the Speedmaster case look. It is an interesting drop-down list box. You also get the logo style vintage Omega red. The needle of the hours arrow blend well with the needle of the minutes dagger and the old style numerals. The tachometer bezel complements the Speedmaster character. The back of the watch probably has some etching on the theme of the Olympic Games. The size is probably about 42 mm wide and the watch will be steel. Inside of the watch is Omega co-axial 3888 calibre automatic movement - which is likely to certified chronometer. Functions more or less include a 12-hour chronograph and day date calendar. It has been a very interesting journey so far with Magrette.? I first reviewed about their Regattare Kupe's Voyage limited edition watch here about a year and half ago, and today I am reviewing their new limited edition Kia Kaha. In just that short time the brand has come a long way from having a good product, to an even better product. It has been fascinating to see brand's product evolve. The Kia Kaha has numerous improvements over older models in terms of refinement and utility. Not that older Magrette watches suffer from significant problems, but rather that customers continue to g
Ernst Benz Shows China Love With The Beijing 2008 Limited Edition Chronoscope Watch
Typically speaking I am not a huge fan of anything that Mario Batali (or other Food Network chefs) promotes. The large, overly orange man is one of several "brand ambassadors" of Swiss Ernst Benz watches. Accordingly, Ernst Benz also offers a large, overly orange version of its popular Valjoux 7750 based watch named the Chronoscope, which is part of a Mario Batali edition. Though not all of their watches have such silly companions. The newest Ernst Benz Chronoscopes are a limited edition in recognition of the Olympic games being held in Beijing China. These watches are actually more a
