Cartier Artistic Crafts & High Jewelry Watches For 2012
At the exclusive watch show SIHH, Cartier has one of the largest booths. A lot of their space is dimly lit with museum style showcases offering glimpses of items you probably won't see anywhere else. Given that the show is not open to the public, most people will never see these pieces at all. In the cases are a range of artistic and high-jewelry creations that the French brand has produced for the year. New watch brand John Isaac Geneve is serving up some more than decent timepieces that play Frankenstein with some of your favorite brands. They seem to particularly like playing house with Patek Philippe and Franck Muller, though JeanRichard makes an entrance pretty often. This collection is really a great idea from Omega. It was only a matter of time before their Olympic connection went more mainstream. Typically the Olympics theme is only used with limited edition watches that are great, but high in cost and hard to find. Now Omega has decided that the Olympics connection is more mainstream marketable (still not cheap though) - something which which I agree.
