Watch Winner Review: UNIQ P-47 Chronograph
In April of 2014, aBlogtoWatch gave-away a UNIQ P-47 Chronograph watch. The lucky winner was Keith S. from Colorado and he was nice enough to follow-up with these pictures of the P-47 Chronograph watch on his wrist, along with an aBlogtoWatch watch winner review: I was obviously pretty thrilled to find out I was the winner of the UNIQ P-47 Thunderbolt watch giveaway a few weeks back. I never win anything! Ironically, my wife, daughter and I had just returned Memorial Day weekend from a wonderful vacation in Hawaii to find a package waiting from Tblisi, Georgia. In Hawaii we made time
Seiko Astron GPS Solar Watch
Forget that it is 2012 and pretend like it is the early 1990's - the time when electronic wrist gadgets were super cool, and the next neat Casio was sure to excite you. The Seiko Astron GPS Solar Watch coming out back then would have been a no brainer superstar. Today however, the Astron GPS Solar must compete with mechanical watches given the over $2,000 price of this limited edition GPS controlled Seiko. Which is ironically strange given the pretty intense level of functionality you get here.Seiko did not invent the GPS controlled watch. Actually, last year, its rival Citizen came o
Edox Class-1 Chronoffshore Limited Edition Watch

I know it is supposed to be Chronoffshore but I want it to have an extra "o" so badly. Edox has been playing with their chronograph sport pieces for a while - some really hit and some really miss. This one is certainly a good looker with mostly black and silvery white mixed in with a little blue. Not the first watch Edox made in its place as the official timekeeper of Class-1 powerboat racing, this new model is clearly the best. You see how I've placed an image here o
The Black Belt Watch, Only For People With Black Belts
This watch comes with a great back story. A tale of a man they called crazy. A tale of a man, who probably is crazy, but we can all love him for that. It all started with Romain Jerome and their previous 'lord & ruler,' Yvan Arpa. The watch community generally has the perception that Yvan Arpa is a bit of an... eccentric. One who creates ideas that are pretty wild. Half the time the ideas work, the other times, they most surely don't. One example of a failed idea was an all rusted watch (on the outside) enclosed in a hermetically sealed glass case. The idea was that once the glass
