Conversation With Jerome Lambert, New CEO Of Montblanc
Jerome Lambert is now the CEO of Montblanc. Do you recognize the name? If not you should. He was the former CEO of Jaeger-LeCoultre. In his ten year run as CEO, he took the wonderful brand (that I am a customer of) from a brand that was only "known by those who know," to a front and center superstar. He took the best of the company (the incredible craftsmanship and technical acumen) and applied an aggressively youthful image, while introducing daring designs and even a partnership with Aston Martin. I wanted one really bad, but it was a few thousand buck
Giveaway: Nixon Steelcat Watch
Nixon, the California-based watch brand, wants a lucky winner to wear a Steelcat timepiece for the rest of the summer. The Steelcat is a large 48mm wide, steel cased watch available in three styles. Inside the watch is a Swiss quartz chronograph movement which also has the date. According to Nixon, the Steelcat is made for the "waterman's life." Funny since steel sinks and cats tend to dislike water. Though as a diver, it is water resistant to 300 meters so perhaps sinking is a good thing. It certainly has a fun surfing flair to it. Attached to the watch is a custom sil
