An indicator of power-reserve in the 03 adds balance to the image. Hours, minutes, and the reserve of power are displayed directly on the main plate, which serves as the dial. A case of Sapphire Crystal return reveals the refinement of the mechanical movement ML156, decorated with Grand spiral in the tradition of the most beautiful of Swiss watchmaking.
Phosphor World Time Sport E Ink Watch Review
The E Ink watch saga continues over at Phosphor as their World Time watch (that I reviewed here) gets turned into the World Time Sport. This less expensive model gets a bit more hip and loses its buttons. It it hard to visually miss this all-white model, and you'll also find that Phosphor offers the World Time Sport in all black and in a black case with orange strap version. This Marvin Malton 160 Rectangular Flying Hour watch (ref.?M024.14.41.64) is a follow-up piece to the brand's previous Marvin M014 watch that I reviewed here. For the first time the T-Touch gets a rotating dive style bezel as opposed to a navigational style bezel. The touch-screen Swiss ETA quartz movement gets a few new features. One of them (not new) is o
Swatch Celebrates The 2010 Vancouver Olympics: Happy Games, Sporty Friends, & To The Top Watches
Fun watches for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics from Swiss Swatch. These seasonal watches are pretty neat - for the occasion. Here is a mini review of the trio. Each has a function aside from being Olympics related, that is except the "Sporty Friends" watch, which has an image of the Vancouver Olympics cartoon mascots. Back to that in a moment. By the way, this month I am giving one of each of these watches away on Luxist. Once a week until they are all handed out. To enter you can look for the giveaway posts here at my Luxist page. The three watches aren't a limited edit
