My First Grail Watch: Michele Sofisti Of Gucci Watches, Girard-Perregaux, and JEANRICHARD
Welcome back to the original aBlogtoWatch feature, "My First Grail Watch." In this series, we ask prominent people in the watch industry about the first timepiece that they lusted after. Today, we're speaking with Michele Sofisti, who has been in the watch industry since the mid-90s, and has be at the helm of a number of luxury watch brands which as of today includes running Gucci Watches, Girard-Perregaux, and JEANRICHARD. Yes, that is a lot. With his grail watch, I think many will find it refreshing that it was a timepiece that many aspire to, or perhaps even have already acquired -
Benarus Moray 42 Dive Watch Review
Finding that ideal watch is a very subjective process. Speaking personally, I cannot count the number of times that I really loved a watch but found that it was too large for my wrist, or perhaps more accurately, simply larger than I prefer to wear. These days, I would have trouble making a daily-wearer out of anything much larger than 43 or 44 millimeters wide. While I have no objective issue with a larger watch, I find that watches in the 38-42 mm range often better suit my wrist and my personal style. Maitres du Temps Chapter One Round Watch

Aside from the shape and style, the Chapter One Round watch has the same movement and functions as the standard Chapter One watch, which I wrote abou

Sarpaneva Korona K0 Ruler Of Water Watch
After some re-visioning and rebuilding, Finnish watch maker Sarpaneva has completed their dive watch that will be known as the Korona K0 "Ruler of Water." I saw the prototypes of the K0 a year earlier in 2011 and the final versions are nicer looking and more distinct. Those who recall the 2011 version will notice the lack of screws on the bezel, updated dial, and movement of the crown to the 4 o'clock position.Sarpaneva will release three versions of the Korona K0 to start. The cases will be all steel, with some DLC black/gray application options on the case and dial, and of course th
