Victorinox Infantry Mechanical Watch Review
The Victorinox Infantry Mechanical watch was a new model for 2012 and offers a relaxed and casual wrist presence that should suit a wide range of dress and tastes. As is the case with many of their most successful designs, Victorinox has relied on the simplicity of vintage military watches as the base of the Infantry Mechanical's look and feel. Boasting a legible time display, simple hands and a railway minute track, the Infantry Mechanical lies somewhere within the overlap of an Omega Dynamic and a Hamilton Khaki Field. The Infantry Mechanical's steel case measures 40 mm wide
Patek Philippe 5270 Perpetual Calendar Chronograph Watch
This is it folks, this is the Patek Philippe watch (of today) that you are going to want. Brand new for 2011, and likely hard as hell to get for the foreseeable future, this is the Reference 5270 perpetual calendar chronograph watch (5720G). In white gold the case is Western-wearable at 41mm wide and looks spectacular. Really happy to see a Patek Philippe with all the right stuff that isn't under 40mm. I would say the only drawback is that it has a quartz movement, but Formula 1 timepieces always have had such movements - it is part of the range's ethos. The Swiss quartz movement on the inside
Why The Swatch Group Sued Tiffany & Co. And Won About $450 Million
You may have heard that the lawsuit between the Swatch Group and Tiffany & Co. is finally over. The relationship that began in 2007 (which was meant to last for at least 20 years) ended bitterly in 2011. The "strategic alliance" was to have Tiffany & Co. partner with the Swatch Group to produce Tiffany & Co. branded timepieces. Tiffany & Co. made watches before this but wanted someone to take over that part of their business (and ideally to grow it).The first Swatch Group Tiffany & Co. watches were released in 2009 and I believe the last year they showed any new wa
