Lamborghini watches are Swiss-made with expert craftsmanship
What is a watch? Is it just a way to tell time? Or is it much, much more? Is it a symbol of power, of respect, of class? Is it a tiny thing that sits on your wrist and tells you it's time to eat lunch, it's time to eat breakfast, it's time to leave work and head home? When you're wearing Lamborghini, a watch isn't just a watch. It's a sign that you're dressed for success. That you mean business. That you expect great things of yourself and those around you. Lamborghini watches are Swiss-made with expert craftsmanship and stylish design, putting time on your side and great style on your wrist.
IWC Aquatimer Chronograph Charles Darwin Watch In Bronze
One of the most anticipated new IWC Aquatimer watches for 2014 was also the first bronze watch that IWC will produce. Here it is hands-on, and it is called the Aquatimer Chronograph Edition "Expedition Charles Darwin" (ref. IW379503). To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about IWC getting in to the whole trendy bronze case thing. Panerai did it with a few models after bronze started becoming hot with "indy divers" (that are marketed toward many of the most dedicated watch enthusiasts on the internet). We've seen bronze used for watches such as the Gerald Genta Gefica and some Anonimo wa
Girard-Perregaux Constant Escapement Watch
"Constant Escapement" sounds like the marketing slogan for an all-inclusive vacation resort somewhere. "What you truly seek is constant escapement..." It is true, like other hobbies in life, high-end watches are a constant distraction, and offer some nice escape when wound properly. What?Girard-Perregaux?actually means is "constant force escapement" - which is really what this new high-end technically-astute timepiece is all about. In this watch are clues to the future of the brand as well as insight as to what Switzerland's top watch makers are currently working on. The Constant Escap
Badollet Ivresse Watch + Manufacture Visit
Badollet is a brand that is not very well-known but has been quietly gaining recognition for this particular piece, the Ivresse, which I had a chance to see being made at their atelier in La Vall¡§|e de Joux near Geneva. For those who do not know, Badollet is a young company, having started recently in 2006. The circumstances under which the company was born however are very interesting and speaks to the long history of Swiss watchmaking. ?Badollet in its current conception is a revival of an old company name. The original Badollet was a company that was started by Jean Badollet
LUM-TEC V Series V3 Phantom Watch Review
A legible phantom-style watch?! Oh yes - but it is from LUM-TEC so function is expected. The V Series collection from the American brand is an interesting range of watches that have Swiss mechanical movements. I see the angular style case as being inspired by classic Gerald Genta designs such as the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak. Only here it has been stretched lengthwise a bit.On the wrist, the V Series watches come to life a lot more than they do alone on a desk. While the steel case is 44mm wide it doesn't wear too large. For those wanting a substantially-sized timepiece that never fee
