Burberry is positioned as the entry level luxury watch brand
We said it many times already, being a watch enthusiast is not about money or having lots of it, it is about watches. Burberry is positioned as the entry level [luxury] watch brand of the Swatch Group and we thought it would be nice to pick one and have a closer look.
What Is A Good Starter Mechanical Watch? - Ask Watch Experts Questions About Watches
Zachary V. from Georgia, USA asks: Hello, I visit your site daily and I have had a burning question to ask since I discovered your blog. I am starting to collect watches and being a sophomore in high school, as you can imagine, limits my budget greatly. I was wondering if you could recommend a “training wheels” watch, something not terribly expensive, but something quality and worth my time. Suunto Elementum Terra Watch Review
Every time I run into someone wearing a Suunto watch, I can't help but ask them how they like their watch. Often times I catch them off guard. Before a "hello," I just spew out, "how do you like your (Observer, X-Lander, Elementum, etc...)." I'd just like to point out some of the features that set this watch apart and easily made it one of my favorites. Starting from the inside, I'm very happy that the watch is powered by the reliable Swiss ETA 2836-2 movement with GMT hand complication. When I first re
Dwiss Emme Watch
Initially available for the Brazilian market, this "Emme" watch is from new brand Dwiss. Silly names I know, but it is a potentially inexpensive way to get a mechanical watch that pretty well resembles what a lot of people like in an Hublot or Audemars Piguet Royal Oak.The Emme collection is made up of a few colors and dials styles for a range of looks that aren't half bad. What I don't like however is that open date window - and Dwiss already knows that. The cases are 43mm wide and are made from 9 pieces with a lot screws. Those "side claws" appear to be loosely reminiscent of those
