Between the time I originally wrote about this Breguet watch and when it was commercially released, the Type XXII watch changed. Citizen Campanola Grand Complication AH4000-01X Watch Available
This is the current best of the Citizen Campanola line up in my opinion, and a watch that I have and reviewed here. It is one of my favorite watches in my collection.
