Roger Dubuis Watch
No one is immune to the current economic market, and Roger Dubuis was perhaps a little too optimistic with its growth and its watch production capacity. Unlike the "Tier One" watch brands luxury with the names of most valuable brand, Roger Dubuis is less well known (making them "level 2"), although they still provide a very high quality and complex monitoring product line. This may affect the value proposition of the purchase of their watches in these difficult times for some consumers. Despite this news, Roger Dubuis client always eagerly await the release of its most expensive quarter date, a perpetual calendar $ 500,000 timepiece complex schedule multi-fuseau. The photo is a Roger Dubuis Excalibur with a Repeater cases, 45 mm minute white gold perpetual calendar, exhibit and double rotors.

IWC Aquatimer Automatic 2000 Watch
Months after SIHH 2014, and I am only now able to discuss my hands-on time with my favorite new IWC Aquatimer watch for this year. Out of all the new Aquatimer watches (it was year of the diver, after all, at IWC) the IWC Aquatimer Automatic 2000 ref. IW358002 (aka ref. 3580) is my top pick as a dive watch nerd. Based on the design of the iconic 1982 IWC Ocean 2000, the IWC Aquatimer Automatic 2000 incorporates some of the Ocean 2000's 80s sci-fi elements with the comforts of a modern watch. All of this comes at a time when my love for dive watches is high, but I am unsure about my fee

Frederique Constant Maxime Manufacture Watches
Back in 2009 I wrote about the in-house FC-700 automatic movement by Frederique Constant, as well as the Maxime Manufacture watch that it came in. Since then Frederique Constant released the Maxime Manufacture watch (in steel at 42mm wide), and the Maxime Manufacture Lady (in various materials at 39mm wide). Here you see images of them both. For under $3,000 (about $4,500 even for fancy versions with diamonds), this is a really nice deal for a manufacture movement.I admire the decoration on the movement and the rotor for the price, and that the brand takes the movement seriousl
